First Comes Love is an alternative bridal fair for anyone who wants something seriously beautiful and a bit different for their wedding.
I was really excited be a part of the inaugural event last year, and I'm happy to say Mr Sparrow will be exhibiting again this year! I have something really fun planned for our little table this year and I can't wait to put it into action!
I can honestly say First Comes Love is nothing like your run-of-the-mill bridal fair. Angela and Leah do such an incredible job curating the event, and the calibre of exhibitors involved is amazing - even as someone who works in a creative-type field in this city, I had no idea just how many amazingly talented types were out there! Not only is there an overload of sweet, clever, crafty ideas, but it's actually a really fun event, too! There are delicious things to eat and drink, bands playing, fashion parades and lovely people everywhere you look. To be honest, even if I wasn't exhibiting (and I'm not getting married - again - any time soon!), I'd want to go down just to be a part of the party!
Anyway, if this sounds like your cup of tea be sure to check it out. It all takes place at the Oxford Hotel in Leederville on Saturday, May 26th and Sunday, May 27th from 11am till 4pm each day. Tickets are $10 on the door.
