Edible Pearls

Hi - It's eko here again...
This is a rather random topic to be blogging about but I couldn't resist. Last summer I discovered Israeli couscous and am starting to cook with it again now that summer is on its way. It's a larger version of traditional couscous and I think it's much yummier. You can make some great salads with it. I really like this recipe from smitten kitchen that combines the couscous with roast tomatoes and olives. Try it out some time!

  1. I'm crazy about Israeli couscous too. We have so much in common! i'm going to try this. I love it with caramelised capsicum.
