The Mr Sparrow matchbox treasure hunt is officially over! Thanks so much to everyone who got involved for all your efforts. It sounds like quite a few brains and legs and had a workout in the quest to find a little sparrow! Who knows, they may still turn up some day when and where we least expect it! But to set your minds at ease, here are the locations of the five missing sparrows:
1. The nerdy bird was at Oxford Street Books
2. The dulce gorrión (thanks, k!) was at Pata Negra
3. The eco-friendly bird was at The Greenhouse
4. The city kid was at Ezra Pound
5. The Freo boy was at Gino's
As you can see, most of you had most of them correct! And congratulations to k and Vicky and Stan for solving the elusive Ezra Pound riddle!
As so many of you got them right, I decided to use a random number generator to choose the winners for the remaining five prizes....so the winners are:

Congratulations! I also decided I had to reward k for all your efforts, so I have a little something for you, too! If you are one of the lucky winners, please stop by the shop some time this week to collect your prize! If you absolutely can't make it in, please email me - if I haven't heard from you and your prize hasn't been collected by next Monday I will have to pick another winner! (Sorry, I'm usually more flexible but I have had these prizes sitting here for so long now I just want them to go to a good home fast! :))

There will be more giveaways on the blog in the future and I'm already planning a new sparrow-bombing venture so keep your eyes and ears out for that one...
