Two

Yep, I'm back! And what better day than Mr Sparrow's second birthday? That's right, it's been two whole years today since I opened that front door for the very first time. This time last year I said I could believe it had been a year because so much had happened, but this time I have to say the last year has gone really quickly! Mr Sparrow's first birthday party feels like yesterday but now I have to start making plans for number two. It's going to be something completely different from last year but I'm really excited about it! Stay tuned for details soon...

Now...the road trip! It was amazing - we visited so many places, saw such beautiful countryside and had so much fun. I have lots of stories and photos I'm dying to share, so I will roll them out over the next couple of weeks. Mr Sparrow picked up a few exciting vintage pieces along to way, too (skipping ropes, mason jars, glass bottles, books, beautiful teacups and saucers...), so look out for them on his shelves next time you're in.

Thank you so much to Eko for all the fantastic posts she shared over the last couple of weeks! I hope you all enjoyed hearing from her. She might just be popping her head back in here now and then if we're lucky :)

For all my exciting adventures over the last couple of weeks, I have to say it's good to be home!
