I'm back at Mr Sparrow after a lovely 3-day weekend, and found two packages waiting for me. One contains beautiful new feather (and butterfly!) headbands from Charm School Design, and the other is jam-packed with "City Lights" (or "Stadtlicht") from dekoop.
I'm so excited about these! I saw them in my favourite shop in Berlin when we were there in June, and bought the Berlin version for myself. Now I have the New York, London, Paris, and of course Berlin versions on Mr Sparrow's shelves! Each "City Light" features a stainless steel cut-out of the city's skyline inside a translucent paper vellum cylinder. In the middle sits a tealight candle so when you light it up you get a beautiful flickering silhouette of the city. At $35 each I think they make a lovely little present! Come in and see one in action next time you're round this way...
