Muji love

If there's one store that's found just about everywhere else in the world that I would LOVE to have in Australia, it's Muji. I'd take Muji over Zara, Top Shop and even H&M (because let's face it, half the joy of H&M is that we don't have it here!). Muji's philosophy is one of "no brand quality goods" - in other words, making basic but beautifully designed, high quality products at reasonable prices. I first discovered Muji when my friends lived in Japan a few years ago and have since had many moments of Muji-love all over the world! You can see a few of my recent Muji purchases in these photos (thanks to the Muji website for these) but probably the one I'm most excited about is my leggings - they are the warmest, most comfortable things I've ever worn and I wish I'd got about five pairs! Unfortunately what Muji does best of all are the sorts of day-to-day necessities that you can only really make use of when you live in a Muji city...but for now I'll just have to make do with my pencils, stamps, and of course my leggings!

Oh, and this is pretty exciting - Muji accept product submissions from the general public, so you can send in product details or a sample and you might one day see it on Muji shelves!
